Hello there! I will probably (100% most likely will be) saying this until the new year, but I just cannot believe how fast 2016 is going! We have officially entered July which means my birthday month is here! I celebrate the whole month because someone is always gone on my actual birthday, so I decided a few years ago to celebrate the entire month to get the chance to celebrate it with everyone (insert princess emoji here) 🙂 But on the other side, my birthday month is here and I need to start gathering pieces for my party! (I am so excited to share more after the party!)

But what I can share now are my June favorites, and I am super excited to share some really fab finds I discovered and fell in love, so let’s get started!

I cannot start this favorites post without mentioning my Marc Fisher Espadrilles Wedges. The pattern is so unique and because I wear a lot of solid colors, these seriously go with everything! Not to mention they are sooo comfortable. I wore them all day in the city and it was like I was wearing my Nikes; these wedges are truly amazing and Nordstrom just recently restocked more sizes, so I highly recommend checking it out before they’re gone again! These are definitely my summer staple this year and could not be more in love (shhh, don’t tell Ian) 😉

Recently I purchased this Oil-Control Makeup Setting Spray by Urban Decay and oh. my. goodness. the first day I used it, I came home at the end of the day and my t-zone wasn’t oily! For years I have tried everything from primers, powders, and setting sprays, and a combination of the 3 to prevent my makeup from smudging or fading, and this stuff is truly magical! (Prior to applying my makeup, I also put Makeup Forever’s Step 1 Equalizer Primer in mattifying primer on my t-zone)

Another makeup/ skin care product I have been loving lately is the Marc Jacobs Perfecting Coconut Face Primer. Though it has the word primer in the title, I honestly didn’t even know it was a primer until just now (way to pay attention to detail, Kayla). I bought it because I heard it smelled like coconut haha. But I love it for more than just the smell. I use it more as a moisturizer and I love to put it on in the mornings after I wash my face and a few minutes prior to doing my makeup. It makes my skin feel super hydrated and I definitely see a difference when I apply my foundation on the days I use this primer– it’s a love it!

Those were the three major fab finds I wanted to share more in detail with you lovelies, and if you are still reading this post, I applaud you. You are a trooper 😉 As for the rest of my fashion favorites, I have linked them down below! Thank you so much for stopping by! xoxo
