Hello Gorgeous! Today’s blog post is featuring one of my favorite activities during the holidays–attending Tacky Christmas Sweater Parties!

I love them for many reasons, but mainly because: 1. getting together with friends is always a good time, and 2. seeing all the ridiculousness people come dressed in, ha.

Last year Ian and I both wore matching Santa sweaters from H&M and paired it with this beanie, here. You have to check it out. I love it and it is hilarious.

This year I wanted something a little less tacky and more cutesy and fell in love with the tinsel sweater! Unfortunately it is currently sold out 🙁 BUT this one here is very similar and doesn’t jingle, which is a benefit to you because no one will hear you sneaking back to the dessert table…

Below I have listed a few of my favorite places to shop for christmas sweaters.

Forever21: Love the options! SO cute and affordable.

H&M: Cute sweaters and fun accessories!

Tipsy Elves: Funny ones, but not quite recommended to wear to a family function at Grandma’s, but you do you…

Nordstrom: Cute options, but a lot of options are sold out already :/ (where I purchased by sweater above)

Style tip: The easiest way to pair (and to look fab) in any of these sweaters is with leather pants (or leggings). It gives an edgy twist to the classic holiday look! Pair that with fun holiday pumps and you are set! Oh! and don’t forget the red lips. It is the holiday season after all. 🙂

Ps. BaubleBar is having 30% off monogram pieces from necklaces and bracelets to coasters and keychains, so cute for gifts at prices you can’t beat! It’s only happening for the next 48 hours (ends Tuesday) and all purchases are guaranteed to arrive by December 22nd!! 🙂

And for an additional 30% use the code LOVE30 at checkout! I just purchased this extra large monogram necklace for under $60; I am so excited! haha
