My 1920’s Birthday Party

1920s-birthday-bash-FIThe day you have all been waiting for! Just kidding. It was the day I have been waiting for since I was 19! For some odd reason I planned that to enter my 25th year, I was going to have a 1920s bash. Why I chose 25? I am not sure, but I did and the time flew by and now I will be turning 25 tomorrow! #omg

I have been in love with everything about this era: the fashion, the music, the cars, their optimistic way of life, way before Leonardo Dicaprio made it a trendy party theme… #justsayin  I had such an amazing time seeing and dancing the night away with friends and family and I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed the evening IRL (Mom, that stands for in real life…)

Throwing your own birthday party, baking your own birthday cake, and making everyone gather around to sing you happy birthday is a lot of work hah 😉  I definitely could not of have done it all without Ian, my baby (not so baby anymore) brother, and my mom! My mom is a veteran when it comes to throwing parties and I am so happy and fortunate to be able to watch and learn from the best. And for those of you who are in the San Francisco area and looking for florals, check out Bloomsters. They are seriously so amazing, as you can see in the photos!
